Nico Abatayo scored 24 points, while Josh Flores and Carl Penano had 12 points each for the Bulldogs, who led by as many as 33 points in the wire-to-wire victory.
Michael Nidoy topscored for ICC with 13 points.
NU also won in the 15-under class after winning over Xavier, 65-56. Kim Tamayo scored 17 and Mark De Leon added 14 for the Bullpups.
In the 19-under division, Joshua Devara scored 16 points and Joshua Cajucom added 13 as Hope Christian High School beat University of the Philippines, 66-61, in the quarterfinals.
Rey Torres had a game-high 21 points for UPIS.
