June Mar Fajardo (29.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 2 blocks in 2 games). Fajardo just put the league on notice: ‘The Kraken’ has been unleashed with a dominant week in the Philippine Cup. He started with a double-double of 25 points and 16 rebounds, which was overshadowed by the scuffles in SMB’s win over NLEX last Friday. Then the reigning PBA MVP had himself a game with his conference-high 34 points, 13 boards and three swats in the victory over GlobalPort on Wednesday.

Arwind Santos (21.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 5 assists, 1.5 blocks in 2 games). If not for Fajardo quietly putting up monster numbers, Santos would have taken top honors this week with his stat-stuffing ways, more so in the win over NLEX. Against the Road Warriors last Friday, the Beermen vet put up a game-high 26 points, built on five triples, with 13 boards, four assists, two steals and the same number of blocks.

Justin Brownlee (36 points, eight rebounds, eight assists, three steals). The Alab Pilipinas import may not have Filipino blood, but he technically plays for a Philippine team (and he did say he feels more Filipino the longer he stays here) so he makes this list. His stat line in the rout over CLS Knights on Saturday makes him truly deserving to be included in the week's top performers.

Andrei Dulalia (23 points, 20 rebounds). The UE Junior Warriors may be having a dark campaign in UAAP Season 80 with a 1-9 card putting them at last place so far. But the bright spot has been Dulalia, who had a rare 20-20 game in a loss to Adamson last Saturday.

Troy Rosario (22 points, 10 rebounds, six triples) Rosario celebrated his 26th birthday with a furious performance for TNT in Sunday’s win over Meralco. The KaTropa and Gilas forward particularly waxed hot from deep in sinking six triples.
