MANILA defeated Mandaluyong, 72-69, on Saturday to rule the National Capital Region (NCR) Athletic Meet secondary boys basketball tournament at the Pasig Sports Center.

The Big City bets, represented by National University, earned the right to represent NCR in the Palarong Pambansa this summer in Vigan City.
