RK Ilagan hits seven triples as Stags down Pirates for fourth straight victory

SAN Sebastian notched its fourth straight victory, beating Lyceum, 77-69, on Tuesday in the NCAA Season 92 basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

RK Ilagan scoring 25 points, hitting seven triples, as the Stags improved their win-loss record to 5-9.

“Hindi naman natin maalis kay RK ’yung pagtira sa three points kasi inborn na ata sa kanya ’yun. The key was our defense,” said San Sebastian coach Egay Macaraya.

Jerick Fabian had 12 points, while Alvin Capobres and Allyn Bulanadi added 10 points each for the Stags.

Mike Nzeusseu had 24 points and 19 rebounds for the Pirates, who dropped to 5-8.
