OLA Adeogun is set to return to action for San Beda on Thursday when it takes on Emilio Aguinaldo College in the NCAA Season 91 seniors basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

San Beda coach Jamike Jarin also hinted the Nigerian center, who injured his hamstring while playing for Hapee in the PBA D-League, could be given significant playing time against the Generals in their 2 p.m. encounter

“(We) will give him quality minutes,” said Jarin of the san Beda reinforcement who averaged 16.2 points and 11.7 rebounds per outing in the 2014 season,.

San Beda point guard Baser Amer, meanwhile, won’t be returning to action anytime soon, his shoulder injury keeping him out of action for about two to three weeks.

The Lions are looking to score their second win in as many matches after a masterful 102-89 victory over Mapua, with Art de la Cruz taking charge.

De la Cruz had an all-around game, scoring 27 points and adding 17 rebounds and six assists.

EAC looks for an upset victory in Andy De Guzman’s first game as Generals coach after taking over from Gerry Esplana.

Mapua looks to bounce back when it takes on San Sebastian at 4 p.m.

Josan Nimes (23 points) and Allwell Oraeme (13 points and 16 rebounds) had big games in the opener and are expected to deliver anew as the Atoy Co-mentored squad goes up against a San Sebastian side that is now handled by former NCAA MVP Rodney Santos.
