LYCEUM was riding high after scoring its first victory in the NCAA Season 92 men’s basketball tournament at the expense of JRU Heavy Bombers on Friday, but coach Topex Robinson quickly brought the Pirates back down with a chilling reminder: they're still at the bottom half of the standings with a lot of work ahead of them.

Robinson lauded his boys for getting the job done against a team of JRU's caliber, but with a 1-3 card, he was in no mood to celebrate.

"Players really did a good job," said the San Sebastian mentor.

"Coming into this game, we're not worried about JRU. We're worried about ourselves kasi yun yung may kontrol kami e. We don't have control of what JRU will do, what we have control of is how were gonna play," he added.

Robinson expressed hope the breakthrough win helps them get momentum to notch more victories.

"A win is a win but we have 14 more games to go so we still have to go back to work," he said.
