JP Calvo shows maturity beyond his years in taking on leadership role for Letran
JP Calvo is set to start for Letran in the coming season following the graduation of McJour Luib.

JP CALVO is ready to be the lead point guard for the Letran Knights in the coming NCAA season.

In his third season with the Knights, Calvo, who is turning 20 in September, is thrust into a crucial leadership role following the graduation of McJour Luib.

Last season, Calvo showed the qualities of a team leader as he averaged 9.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists for the Knights in 18 games, 11 of which he started.

The Iloilo native said he is going all out to improve his game for the coming season as he looks to lead by example with the Knights.
