SAN Sebastian seeks to prove its opening-day win was no fluke as it battles Mapua in the NCAA Season 95 seniors basketball tournament on Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Golden Stags are coming off a dominant 82-51 win over JRU last week, with RK Ilagan hitting five 3-pointers.

Allyn Bulanadi is also back in full strength from a dislocated left shoulder and it expected to reclaim his starting role for San Sebastian.

But awaiting the Golden Stags is a feisty and young Mapua crew aching to make up for its 80-78 defeat to Perpetual and hand coach Randy Alcantara his first win as the mentor of the senior's team.

Laurenz Victoria, Christian Bunag and Warren Bonifacio will all be tasked to lead Mapua in the 2 p.m. duel.

Perpetual and St. Benilde also share the same goals as they eye a second win and a share of the top spot when they clash at 4 p.m.
