LETRAN shoots for its third straight win in the NCAA Season 95 seniors basketball tournament when it takes on Perpetual Help on Friday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Knights have been dominating since dropping their opening day assignment to Lyceum, with their last victory a 55-43 win over Jose Rizal University.

Jerrick Balanza has been the anchor for Letran, with support provided by veterans Larry Muyang, Jeo Ambohot, and in the last game, Bonbon Batiller.

Knights coach Bonnie Tan, however, remains wary of the threat of the Altas ahead of their 12 p.m. clash, saying, "Mabigat na kalaban yan."

Perpetual, for its part, is driven to bounce back especially with how fouls cost its 75-63 defeat to St. Benilde last Tuesday.

Altas coach Frankie Lim wants better performances from main guys Ben Adamos, Edgar Charcos and Tonton Peralta to help the rise of sophomore guard Jielo Razon.

Lyceum (1-1) is also looking to bounce back after its shock defeat to Emilio Aguinaldo College last week as it battles the young Mapua crew (0-2) at 2 p.m.

Cellar-dwellers JRU (0-3) and Arellano (0-2) cap off the triple-header at 4 p.m., with one team finally chalking one in the win column.
