CYRIL Gonzales and Pao Javillonar, key cogs in Nazareth School of National University's championship run last season, have made a U-turn before starting their collegiate careers.
Gonzales has taken his act to Mapua and will suit up for the Cardinals in NCAA Season 95.
The Davaoeno guard averaged 8.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals in a starting role for the Bullpups in his senior year in the juniors division.
Javillonar, meanwhile, will now play for Letran after spending the summer with St. Benilde.
The Ilocano forward, younger brother of former NU Bulldog Jeff, netted 3.2 points and 3.6 boards in his final year in high school.
Both Gonzales and Javillonar have been included in the player rosters for the NCAA Season 95.
Another NU Bullpup in Dom Dayrit has also left the Jhocson lair and will now don the Emilio Aguinaldo College colors this NCAA season.
The Tarlaqueno forward has already been with the Generals since the offseason, playing with the team in the 2019 Filoil Flying V Preseason Cup.
Dayrit averaged 3.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in his senior year in NU.
