LETRAN is just a win away from accomplishing its goals of a three-peat.
For the Knights, it's just a matter of taking care of business.
"If we’re the defending champions, that’s last season. Pero now, we have an advantage so we’re the llamados heading into next game," said Knights coach Bonnie Tan.
Letran drew first blood in the NCAA Season 98 seniors basketball finals, taking Game One over St. Benilde, 81-75, last Sunday.

A three-peat has not been accomplished by the Knighs since Samboy Lim led the Knights to a run from 1982 to 1984.
Tan was quick to downplay the talks and urged his wards to do the same.
"We never talk about that three-peat. We just do it one game at a time and kung maka-three-peat, it's just a bonus. Baka lalo pa tayo ma-pressure pag na-compare pa natin sa previous years nila Samboy Lim na naka-three peat dati," he said.
Louie Sangalang led the way for the Knights in the series opener, scoring a career-high 24 points and pulling down 10 rebounds.
The Knights also got solid contributions from the likes of King Caralipio, who got 16 points, and Kurt Reyson, who scored 13.
With a chance to sweep the best-of-three series at Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, Tan urges the Knights to forget Letran's old record and focus on their own feat.
"Di naman namin kailangan i-duplicate. We'll just handle our own business and in our own time, makakapag-deliver din kami ng glory sa Letran," he said.
