IF weather permits, Arellano will finally be making its debut in the NCAA Season 94 nearly two weeks after opening when it hosts Emilio Aguinaldo College on their home floor on Thursday.
It will be the second edition of the NCAA on Tour and the Chiefs are eager to put on a show for their students, hoping the weather would not disrupt the schedule again.
The Chiefs were supposed to make their debut Tuesday last week against San Beda but that game had to be postponed for precautionary measures.
Their next match was also postponed, as heavy rain and floods scratched their match against Perpetual.
Now they'll challenge a Generals team that looked dangerous team in its debut.
EAC dropped its opener to powerhouse Lyceum, but the Generals have every reason to be optimistic for this game after coming up with a huge fight against the Pirates.
Trailing by 31, the Generals scored 36 points in a span of six minutes and were able to trim the deficit to three points before losing steam in the end.
Hamadou Laminou takes on a young frontline of Arellano led by much-improved foreign reinforcement Ely Ongolo-Ongolo.
Familiar names will be making their debut for the Chiefs as ex-Lyceum stalwart Ian Alban and former Arellano Brave Guillmer dela Torre makes their debut for coach Jerry Codinera.
