    San Beda vents ire on listless EAC as Red Cubs get back on winning track in NCAA Juniors

    SAN Beda got back to its winning ways after beating Emilio Aguinaldo College, 105-69, on Friday in the NCAA Season 93 juniors basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

    Luke Sese had 16 points and connected on 4-of-7 from threes as the Red Cubs picked up their third win in four outings after coming off a defeat against La Salle Greenhills on Tuesday.

    Lian Barbero finished with 11 points and nine boards, and Ain Obienza chipped in 11 points for San Beda.

    In other results, San Sebastian captured its first win in three games with an 88-81 win over Lyceum.

    Bryan Pelias contributed 16 points and eight rebounds for the Staglets, who staved off the 32-point effort of LPU's Vincent Cunanan.

    Cunanan also had four rebounds, four assissts, and five steals for the Junior Pirates.

    Romel Calahat added 14 points and nine rebounds, followed by Damie Cantapay, who had 10 points and 13 rebounds for San Sebastian.

    Enoch Valdez finished with 20 points and 15 rebounds as Letran outplayed Jose Rizal University, 92-79.

    Neil Tolentino contributed 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Squires, who improved to 2-1.
