PERPETUAL Help zoomed to its second straight win in the NCAA Juniors basketball tournament, choking out San Sebastian, 70-64, in overtime on Thursday at their home floor in Las Pinas.

The Junior Altas relied on their suffocating defense in the end game as they grinded out their fourth win in five games to take a share of second place with Arellano.

Mark Gallano scored six of his 20 points in the extra period to make up for a lackluster showing in the fourth period and lead the Junior Altas to a tight win.

Gallano also added 14 boards, two assists and two steals to continue his string of excellent games for Perpetual.

Emman Galman added 18 points and 10 rebounds though he struggled to find his shot as he made just 7 of 26 attempts.

Kean Baclaan led the Staglets with 17 points as Milo Janao added 15 points and five boards for the now 3-5 San Sebastian.
