The reigning champion Red Robins improved their record to 12-2 as they gained a two-game lead over the Greenies for the top spot in the team standings.
Carl Bryan Lacap had 14 points, Joaqui Garcia added 13 points, and Clint Escamis had 11 points and 14 rebounds as the Red Robins, who outscored the Greenies, 21-10, in the fourth period.
Joel Cagulangan had 15 points in a losing effort for the Greenies.
In the second game, San Beda defeated Arellano, 94-65, to climb to third place in the team standings.
The Red Cubs upped their record to 9-5 to overtake the struggling Letran side, which have an 8-6 mark but has lost two straight games.
Luke Sese finished with 18 points, while Evan Nelle added 14 points and nine assists for the Red Cubs.
Arellano slipped to 6-8 for seventh place and is two games back of fourth placer Letran.
