    Wizards surge early then hold off late Cavaliers charge

    THE Washington Wizards edged the Cavaliers 98-91 on Wednesday in Cleveland to record back to back victories.

    Bradley Beal ame up with 26 points, while Nene added 24 for Washington, which beat Minnesota on Tuesday.

    The Wizards led by as many as 27 points before Cleveland's Kyrie Irving led a rally to cut the deficit to four with less than three minutes to play, but Washington held on for the win.

    Irving scored 18 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter.
