KEVIN Durant scored 30 points and helped limit the Hawks to 36 percent shooting and the Oklahoma City Thunder held off Atlanta for a 101-92 victory Tuesday night (Wednesday, Manila time).
Durant also had 10 rebounds, five assists, two blocks and a steal as he helped deliver the Thunder its 11th win in 12 games. Serge Ibaka finishe with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Russell Westbrook was held to 14 points on 6-of-21 field goals. Reggie Jackson added 13 points.
Paul Millsap led the Hawks with 23 points, reserve Shelvin Mack chipped in 17 and played a major role in the comeback Al Horford was limited to seven points by the Thunder defense. Kyle Korver missed three straight shots beyond the arc in the first half, but managed to hit a 3-pointer in the third quarter to extend his record streak with at least one trey to 91 games in a row.
