THE Indiana Pacers fought back from an early double-digit deficit, beating the Clippers, 111-102, on Sunday in Los Angeles (Monday, Manila time).
Thaddeus Young led the way as the Pacers, who were down by 15 in the first quarter, outscored the Clippers in the third period, 35-17, en route to their 10th win in 20 games.
Young finished with 17 points, while Paul George and Rodney Stuckey scored 16 each as the Pacers stopped the Clippers’ win streak at two.
Blake Griffin scored 24 points and pulled down 16 rebounds for the Clippers, who absorbed their sixth loss in 22 outings.
Chris Paul had a double-double of 18 points and 11 assists, while DeAndre Jordan pulled down 15 rebounds and was a point shy of a double-double.
