STEPH Curry and Klay Thompson showed the way as the Golden State Warriors, still without Kevin Durant, beat the Portland Trail Blazers, 116-94, in Game One of the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday in Oakland (Wednesday, Manila time),
Curry scored 36 on 12 of 23 shooting, while Thompson went 10 for 24 and had 26 points.
Durant remains out due to a strained calf. He suffered the injury in Game Five of the conference semifinals against the Houston Rockets.
Draymond Green was the only other Golden State player to score in double figures, delivering 12 points.
Damian Lillard had 19 points on 4 of 12 shooting for the Blazers.
CJ McCollum, Maurice Harkless and Rodney Hood scores 17 points each.
