RUSSELL Westbrook scored 37 points as the Thunder rallied to frustrate the Boston Celtics, 99-96, on Sunday in Oklahoma City (Monday, Manila time).
The Thunder fought back and outscored the Celtics 32-25 in the fourth to bounce back from a loss to the Houston Rockets and notch their 15th win in 24 games.
Westbrook also had 12 rebounds but couldn’t extending his triple-double streak, winding up with just six assists while committing seven turnovers.
The OKC Thunder made seven straight triple-doubles, the last coming in a loss to the Houston Rockets.
Steven Adams scored 17 and Enes Kanter came off the bench to deliver 14 on 6 of 10 shooting in 25 minutes of play.
Al Horford had 19 points and Jae Crowder added 18 for Boston, which absorbed its 11th loss in 24 outings.
The Celtics were still without Isaiah Thomas due to a groin injury.
