RUSSELL Westbrook recorded his 14th triple-double of the season as the Oklahoma City Thunder survived a close game in Boston, 117-112, to end the Celtics’ four-game winning streak on Friday (Saturday, Manila time).
Westbrook had 45 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists to lead the Thunder to their third straight win. He made five of seven three pointers and had 13-of-25 field goals overall for his third straight game scoring 40 or more points.
Domantas Sabonis finished with an 8-for-11 performance from the field, including 4/6 from beyond the arc for a career-high 20 points. Enes Kanter contributed 20 points and six rebounds off the bench.
Isaiah Thomas had 34 points and 10 assists for the Celtics. Al Horford added 23 points.
