    Refs overturn goaltending call and Rudy Gobert buzzer-beating tip-in gives Jazz win over Kings

    OFFICIALS ruled Rudy Gobert’s tip in at the buzzer good after initially ruling it was goaltending, and the Utah Jazz escaped with a 110-109 overtime victory over the Sacramento Kings on Sunday (Manila time).

    Gobert came up with the basket after George Hill missed a jumper and the Jazz scored their second straight win.

    Rodney Hood scored 28 on 10 of 17 shooting, while Gordon Hayward had 23 points, making 7 of 20 field goal attempts.

    Gobert wound up with 16 points and 24 rebounds as the Jazz notched their 39th win in 63 games.

    The Kings absorbed their fourth straight loss and 37th in 62 outings.

    Ty Lawson had 19 points and six other Sacramento players scored in double figures.

    Darren Collison scored 18, Arron Afflalo had 17 points, Willie Cauley Stein came up with 15 points, while Kosta Koufos added 12.

    Garrett Temple had 11 points while Buddy Hield added 10.
