Indiana outscored Milwaukee 49-12 over the final 17 minutes of the first half, going into the break with a 62-31 lead and cruising from there.
Rodney Stuckey scored 21 points as the Pacers scored their third win in four games.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 20 points, six assists and five rebounds in 24 minutes of action for the Bucks, who suffered their first loss after two victories.
