The Pistons made it two straight wins, notching their 31st win in 63 games.
Jon Leuer scored 16 points on 7 of 13 shooting for the Pistons.
Marcus Morris scored 13, making 5 of 13 field goal attempts, while Tobias Harris went 5 for 10 to also deliver 13 points.
The Bulls, without the injured Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo, absorbed their second straight loss and 32nd in 63 games.
Jimmy Butler scored 27, while Robin Lopez had 18 points.
