THE Texas Legends had a solid endgame to turn a hairline lead entering the final quarter into a 108-101 victory over the Idaho Stampede on Saturday in the NBA D-League at the Century Link Arena in Boise (Sunday, Manila time).
Patrick Miller and Micheal Eric had 21 points each, while three other Legends also scored in figures.
Ray Parks came up with a solid performance in 22 minutes, scoring six points on 2 of 6 shooting, as the Legends started their five-game road trip on a winning note.
The defensive-minded Fil-Am guard also had four rebounds and was kept on the floor in the crucial moments as the Legends tried to preserve the win, their 13th in 23 outings.
Parks made his two field goals in the fourth, the last on a layup off an assist from Tu Holloway.
Brandon Ashley had 17 points, Holloway had 16 and Toure Murry added 13 for Texas.
Brandon Fields and Jeremy Williams both had 18 points and four others chipped in twin digit scores for the Stampede, who suffered their 17th loss in 27 games.
