Ray Parks comes up with a twin-digit score for the second straight game.

RAY Parks came up with another fine performance but the Texas Legends failed in their bid to finish the season on a high note, bowing to the Austin Spurs, 84-104, on Saturday at Cedar Park Center (Sunday, Manila time).

A day after registering a season-high 16 points in Texas’ victory over Oklahoma City, Fil-Am guard Parks registered another twin digit mark with 13, although on a disappointing 6 for 15 clip, as the Legends went on to absorb their 27th defeat in 50 outings.

Andre Dawkins led Texas in scoring with 25 points, Jamil Wilson added 17 and Micheal Eric chipped in with 16.

The Spurs claimed the Southwest Division title and improved its win-loss card to 30-20.

Austin got 19 points from Deshaun Thomas and Brandon field scored 18. Former Lyceum import Jean Nguidjol of Camroon played for Austin for two minutes.

The Legends finished third in the Southwest and it was a tough ride for Parks, but the combo-guard out of National University, twice an MVP in the UAAP, said he enjoyed his first season in the NBA Development League.
