Dec 10, 2015
Tu Holloway leads anew for Texas with 22 points on 7 of 22 shooting.

THE Texas Legends used a huge fourth quarter run to turn back the Idaho Stampede, 102-96, in the NBA D-League on Wednesday at Century Link Arena in Boise, Idaho (Thusday, Manila time)

Tu Holloway scored 22 points as the Legends took their fifth win in eight games.

The Legends had six players in double figures — all starters and an alternate — as Ray Parks remained inactive for the fifth straight game.

Jamil Wilson had 15 points, while Brandon Ashley and Michael Eric added 14 apiece for the Legends.

The Stampede also had all starters score twin digits, with former Duke star and Cleveland Cavaliers draft pick Tyus Jones leading with 27 but Idaho absorbed its ninth loss in 12 outings.

Behind by a hairline at intermission and ahead by just two points after three quarters, the Legends caught fire and took control of the game in the final frame, geoing ahead by as many as 10 before holding off Stampede rallies.
