RAY Allen is reportedly considering an NBA comeback, and he’s leaning toward joining the Golden State Warriors.
According to ESPN’s Chris Broussard, Allen’s representatives have reached out to the Warriors discussing the possibility of the return of the NBA’s all-time greatest shooter by way of Golden State. But the Warriors are unsure about having the future Hall of Famer in the team, which also reached a mega-deal with Kevin Durant to join Steph Curry and Co., the reports added.
Allen, however, is just entertaining the possibility of chasing another championship with the star-studded Warriors team after sitting out the past two seasons.
The 40-year-old guard is also considering the Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, and Los Angeles Clippers as other options if he indeed pursues a comeback.
The future Hall of Famer last played for the Miami Heat in the 2013-2014 season, averaging 9.6 points.
