PAUL George scored 12 of his 32 points in the fourth quarter as the Indiana Pacers overcame a tough challenge from the Detroit Pistons, 121-116, on Tuesday in Auburn Hills, Michigan (Wednesday, Manila time).
The Pistons rallied in the second half and briefly took the lead early in the fourth, 94-92, before the Pacers regained control and held on for their third straight win.
Jeff Teague scored 17 points on 5 of 8 shooting, while Myles Turner matched the output by making seven of 12 field goal attempts as Indiana notched its 18th win in 36 games.
The Pistons suffered their 21st loss in 37 outings.
Tobias Harris came off the bench to score 22 points for Detroit.
Andre Drummond had 20 points and 14 rebounds, while Reggie Jackson also had a double-double with 20 points and 12 assists.
