Jeff Teague came up with 17 points, making 6 of 16 field goal attempts for Indiana, which trailed 41-52 at halftime.
The Pacers notched their 29th win in 52 outings.
The Thunder saw their win streak end at two, absorbing their 23rd loss in 53 games.
Russell Westbrook came up with 27 points and 18 rebounds, falling an assists short of a triple-double.
Steven Adams had 15 points and Victor Oladipo added 14 for Oklahoma City.
