EARL Clark will be donning the NLEX jersey in the 2022 PBA Commissioner’s Cup, the team said in its website.
NLEX coach Yeng Guiao said Clark will be arriving on Friday to join the Road Warriors’ build-up for the next conference.

The 34-year-old Clark was 14th overall pick of the Phoenix Suns in 2009, and played with five other NBA squads with the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Knicks, and the Brooklyn Nets.
Listed at 6-foot-9, Clark has been playing outside the NBA since 2014, and recently played for Caraduros de Fajardo in the Puerto Rico league where he was teammates with former TNT import Terrence Jones.
Clark averaged 15.2 points and 6.7 rebounds during the recent 2021-2022 season in Puerto Rico.
The Louisville product also had stops in China, Turkey, and Spain after his NBA stint.
NLEX is out to deliver a good showing in the Commissioner’s Cup this season. During the last import-laced conference, the Road Warriors made it all the way to the semifinals before bowing to eventual champion Barangay Ginebra.
The Road Warriors had KJ McDaniels as their import in the Governors’ Cup last season, but had to bring in a replacement in Cameron Clark for the playoffs as McDaniels had to leave to attend to family matters.
