EVAN Fournier and Nikola Vucevic showed the way as the Magic defeated the Brooklyn Nets, 118-111, on Friday in Orlando (Saturday, Manila time).
Vucevic came off the bench to score 21 points on 9 for 19 shooting, while starting guard Fournier matched the output by making five of 15 field goal attempts including 3 of 7 shots from beyond the arc.
Serge Ibaka scored 18 and DJ Augustin came up with 17 points as the Magic recovered from a loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
It was the 12th win in 28 games for Orlando.
Brook Lopez scored 22 and Bojan Bogdanovic came up with 15 points for the Nets, who absorbed their 18th loss in 25 outings.
