NIKOLA Jokic scored a career-high 30 points to power the Nuggets to a 125-122 victory over the Orlando Magic on Monday in Denver (Tuesday, Manila time).
Jokic went 13 for 19 and also pulled down 11 rebounds as Denver notched its second straight win after absorbing five straight losses.
Emmanuel Mudiay scored 18 and made a career-high 13 assists, while Kenneth Faried scored 20 for the Nuggets.
The Magic suffered their second straight loss and eighth in the last 10 games.
Elfrid Payton had 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Nikola Vucevic scored 17 for Orlando, which has a 17-26 win-loss record.
Bismack Biyombo had 15 points and nine rebounds for the Magic.
