LOU Williams scored 21 points off the bench as the Lakers defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 109-94, on Sunday in Los Angeles (Monday, Manila time) to end a two-game skid.

Jordan Clarkson came off the bench to play 32 minutes and deliver 18 points on 7 of 17 shooting for the Lakers, who scored their ninth win in 18 games.

Nick Young had 17 points, the only Lakers starter to score in double figures.

Larry Nance added 12 for the Lakers, who got back on track after suffering back-to-back losses to the Golden State Warriors.

The Hawks suffered a second straight loss after bowing to the Utah Jazz.

Kent Bazemore had 21 points, Dwight Howard scored 19 and was a rebound short of a double-double as the Hawks absorbed their seventh win in 17 outings.
