Curry, KD return as Warriors overcome Lakers in overtime to get back on track

STEPH Curry scored the first six points in overtime and the Golden State Warriors warded off the Los Angeles Lakers, 127-123, on Wednesday in Los Angeles (Thursday, Manila time).

The Warriors got back on track after a loss to the Sacramento Kings when Curry and Kevin Durant sat out.

Curry finished with 26 points, making 9 of 20 field goal attempts, as the Warriors improved to 16-6.

Durant went 12 for 25 and delivered 29 points.

Klay Thompson scored 20 and Draymond added 15.

The Lakers suffered their third straight loss and 13th in 21 outings.

Brandon Ingram came up with a career-high 32 points on 12 of 21 shooting.

Kentavious Caldwell Pope had 21 points, which was matched by recerve guard Jordan Clarkson.
