STEPH Curry has been fined US$50,000 (around P2.5 million) two days after being ejected from the Golden State Warriors game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Curry is deemed to have thrown his mouthpiece in the direction of a game official during a heated moment in the endgame in Memphis.

The twice MVP scored with 43 seconds left, cutting the Warriors deficit to eight and thought he was fouled on the play. He threw his mouthpiece along the baseline and was ejected.
Curry denied trying to hit referee Scott Wall with the mouthpiece.
Kevin Durant was also sent off as he argued with the game officials while Curry walked off the playing area.
The NBA statement said Warriors forward Andre Iguodala was also slapped a $15,000 fine for verbally abusing a game official.
