RAY PARKS finally saw action after several weeks inactive and scored his first points in the NBA D-League although the Texas Legends bowed to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, 76-86, on Saturday at the Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco (Sunday, Manila time).

The Skyforce recovered from a slow start and scored their seventh win in nine games, while dealing the Legends their second straight loss at home.

Fil-Am guard Parks went 1 for 4, made one assist and pulled down three rebounds in six minutes of action for the Legends, who now have a 5-5 win-loss card.

Parks, who was said to have had ankle issues recently, was sent in with a little over two minutes to play in the first, with the Legends behind by a hairline, 16-17.

The former UAAP MVP made his first basket on a tip-in of a Toure Murry miss, that made it 18-19.

Jarnell Stokes scored 20 points, while Rodney McGruder had 14 for the Skyforce.

Tu Holloway came up with 18 points for the Legends, although he made only five of 15 shots from the field.

Jail Wilson was also out of form and went 6 for 15, making two of seven shots from the 3-point line, and wound up with 15 points.
