Ray Parks scores season-high 16 points as Texas Legends clobber Oklahoma City Blue

RAY Parks scored 16 points in his biggest offensive performance in the NBA D-League as the Texas Legends whipped the Oklahoma City Blue, 139-109, on Friday at the Dr. Pepper Arena in Frisco (Saturday, Manila time).

The Fil-Am guard out of National University also had three assists and three of his four rebounds were on the offensive side, while also coming up with three steals in 24 minutes of action.

The Legends scored their 23rd win in 49 outings, with Andre Dawkins scoring 36 points and Chris Douglas Roberts registering a triple-double of 20 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.

Parks capped his fine performance with a driving dunk in the fourth quarter.

Jannero Pargo scored 25 points for Oklahoma City, which absorbed its 31st loss in 50 games.

The Legends are running third in the Southwest Division behind the Austin Spurs at 29-20 and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers at 28-21.
