WATCH NBA impressionist Brandon Armstrong does Kobe Bryant this time
After fanciful depictions of Rusell Westbrook and James Harden, former NBDL player Brandon Armstrong does Kobe Bryant.

NBA impressionist Brandon Armstrong has gotten the internet’s attention with his on-court impersonations of the current batch of NBA stars. His latest video where he impersonates Kobe Bryant is spot on.

The video, posted on photo- and video-sharing site Instagram, shows the former D-League player mimicking the Black Mamba’s moves, notably his famous fade-away jumper in the face of several defenders made more authentic with wrist flick follow through and one-legged bounce.

There’s also Kobe’s in-between plays mannerisms that include the patented stoic hands on the shorts, side tongue and the pumped fist after a successful play.

Armstrong has also done fanciful depictions of All Stars Rusell Westbrook (which gained him a nod of approval from the Oklahoma City guard) and his accurate rendition of Houston Rockets scoring machine James Harden.
