Grizzlies stretch streak to four with big victory over Spurs

THE Grizzlies made it four straight wins after four straight losses, downing the San Antonio Spurs, 104-96, on Saturday in Memphis (Sunday, Manila time).

Mike Conley scored 19 on 5 of 12 shooting, while Zach Randolph came off the bench to deliver 18 points, making 7 of 12 field goal attempts.

Marc Gasol went 6 for 14 and wound up with 16 points as Memphis notched its 40th win in 70 games.

The Spurs saw their win run end at two, absorbing their 16th loss in 68 outings.

Kawhi Leonard scored 22 points on 6 of 15 shooting, while LaMarcus Aldridge had 21 points, going 9 for 18.

Jonathon Simmons was the only other San Antonio player to score in double digits, coming off the bench to deliver 14 points.
