Mike Conley leads fourth-quarter surge as Grizzlies get by Nuggets

MIKE Conley scored 13 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter to power the Grizzlies to a 105-98 victory over the Nuggets on Sunday in Denver (Monday, Manila time).

The game was tied at 68 after three quarters but the Grizzlies played steady down the stretch to halt a two-game skid and notch their 35th win in 60 games.

Marc Gasol scored 23 points on9 of 17 shooting, while Zach Radolph came up with 20 points and 11 rebounds for Memphis.

The Nuggets could not get a win run going after beating the Nets, absorbing their sixth loss in the last 10 games even as six players scored in double figures.

Danilo Gallinari scored 24 on 6 of 16 shooting, while Gary Harris had 19 points, making 8 of 16 field goal attempts.
