LEBRON James came up with 44 points and 10 assists, falling just a rebound shy of a triple double as the Cavaliers downed the Charlotte Hornets, 116-105, for their fourth straight win.

James shot 17 for 24 in 42 minutes of action and also had three steals as the Cavaliers notched their 17th win in 22 games.

Kevin Love scored 22 points on 7 of 12 shooting, missing all his four attempts from beyond the arc, but also had three steals as the Cavaliers made it four straight wins after three consecutive losses.

Iman Shumpert came off the bench and scored 16 points, making 5 of 8 shots from the field.

The Hornets saw their three-game win streak snapped.

Kemba Walker scored 24 points and Cody Zeller had 17 for Charlotte, which absorbed its 10th loss in 24 outings.
