THE Cleveland Cavaliers are on Day 3 of a break that could go as long as eight days after sweeping the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs last Sunday (Monday, Manila time).

The Eastern Conference semis against either the Toronto Raptors or Milwaukee Bucks is scheduled to tip off on Monday yet, but that doesn't mean the Cavs are sitting idly while enduring a long wait.

Superstar LeBron James and the Cavaliers are putting the extended break to good use, working out like beasts in the gym and having fun at the same time.

The Cavaliers posted two videos on their social media accounts on Tuesday and Wednesday showing the team hard at work in the gym with an in-house DJ to boot for some beats to pump up while training.

The second clip also features the team, including the staff, getting serious on the VersaClimber for peak conditioning. "No days off #defendtheLand," the post's caption read.

James, though, takes the spotlight not only with his ripped physique but also with some strange exercises that befuddle even his teammates.

His choice of training outfit could also spark a renaissance of short shorts not just in the basketball court but also in the gym.

Best of all, the four-time NBA MVP is having a blast even with the rigorous training. This only means bad news to whoever they face next in the postseason.
