KOBE Bryant and Lakers great James Worthy are expected to join Lakers executives when they meet with LaMarcus Aldridge when free agency begins later today.

The Lakers are looking to boost their frontline after passing on big man Jahlill Okafor in the NBA draft and taking playmaker D’Angelo Russell, arguably the best overall talent in the pool.

“Bryant will also presumably address his health entering his 20th and perhaps final NBA season,” Mark Medina wrote on insidethelakers.

Aldridge could stay in Portland and take a five-year deal worth $108 million.

But he is set to explore his options and will also with the Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Mavericks, Phoenix Suns, Toronto Raptors and New York Knicks.
