THE Golden State Warriors played solid in the middle quarters and cruised to a 108-99 victory over the lowly Dallas Mavericks on Friday in Oakland (Saturday, Manila time).

Kevin Durant posted his first triple-double as a Warrior, scoring 19 points, pulling down 11 rebounds and issuing 10 assists.

The Warriors, coming off victory over the Toronto Raptors, got a new win run going after bowing to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Klay Thompson scored 29 and Steph Curry added 14 for Golden State, which notched its 28th win against five losses.

Harrison Barned scored 25 points on 11 of 18 shooting, while Wes Mathews had 14 points.

The Mavericks have lost 24 of 24 games.
