THE San Antonio Spurs stretched their win streak to seven and remained unbeaten on the road, nipping the skidding Hornets, 119-114, on Wednesday in Charlotte (Thursday, Manila time).

Kawhi Leonard scored 30 and LaMarcus Aldridge came up with 23 points as the Spurs notched their eighth road win.

Danny Green chipped in with 16 as San Antonio scores its 12th victory in 15 games.

The Hornets suffered their third straight loss, even as Kemba Walker scored 26 points, hauled down nine rebounds and dished out seven assists.

Walker completed a four-point play off a Toy Parker foul with a little over a minute left, then scored on a layup from a Nicolas Batum assist to push the Hornets to within a hairline, 111-112.

Parker gave the Spurs some breathing room with a triple with 22 seconds left and San Antonio held on for the win.
