JOEL Embiid scored a career-high 26 points as 76ers ripped the Phoenix Suns, 120-105, on Saturday in Philadelphia (Sunday, Manila time)

The Sixers took charge early with a 32-point first quarter and cruised to victory, their third in 10 outings.

Embiid played only 20 minutes, going 9 for 14 including 3 for 5 from the three-point line.

Nik Stauskas had a season-high 21 points for Philadelphia, which bounced back from a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

It was the fourth match in a six-game road trip for the Suns, who have lost three including games in Oakland and Denver.

They were coming off a victory in Indiana, but could not get a win run going, absorbing their 10th loss in 14 outings.

Eric Bledsoe scored 27 points, while Alan Williams and Brandon Knight had 12 points each.
