Isaiah Thomas scores 38 as Celtics shoot down Rockets to arrest three-game skid

ISAIAH Thomas scored 38 points as the Celtics beat the Houston Rockets, 120-109, on Wednesday in Boston (Thursday, Manila time) to end a three-game skid.

Jae Crowder came up with 23 points, while Al Horford scored 20 and like Thomas was an assist short of a double-double.

The Celtics notched their 27th win in 45 games.

The Rockets absorbed their second straight loss and 15th in 49 outings.

James Harde had 30 points and 12 assists, while Ryan Anderson had 19 points.

Sam Dekker came off the bench to deliver 15 points on 7 of 14 shooting for Houston.
