ISAIAH Thomas led the way as the Celtics took control early and cruised to victory over the New York Knicks, 115-87, on Friday (Saturday, Manila time).

The Celtics scored their fourth win in eight games, with Thomas scoring 29 points.

Boston was already up by 10 at the half and the Knicks struggled to catch up without Carmelo Anthony, who was ejected in the second half after picking up two technical fouls for what an official said was “bad language.”

Anthony had 12 points, while Brandon Jennings scored six before also getting ejected with consecutive technical fouls in the fourth quarter.

Kelly Olynyk scored 19, Avery Bradley added 14 points, while Jaylen Brown and Terry Rozier came off the bench to score 10 each.
