Gordon Hayward, Rudy Gobert power late Jazz rally to beat Suns

THE Utah Jazz rallied late to beat the Phoenix Suns, 91-86, on Saturday in Salt Lake City (Sunday, Manila time).

A Gordon Hayward tip-pin and an assist to Rudy  Gobert gave the Jazz a three-point lead, 87-74, with just over three minutes left on the way to their third straight win.

Hayward and Gobert finished with 18 points each as the Jazz notched their 21st win in 34 games.

Gobert also had 13 boards, while Hayward fell just a rebound shy of a double-double.

Rodney Hood was the only other Utah player to score in double figures with 13.

The Suns couldn’t get a win run going after scoring a shock victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Devin Booker scored 20 points on 9 of 19 shooting, while Eric Bledsoe had 19 points, making seven of 20 field goal attempts.

Leandro Barbosa came off the bench to score 12 for Phoenix, which absorbed its 24th loss in 34 outings.
